This page provides information about who we are and the legal terms and conditions that may apply to your use of SourceMedicine.Zone, Source Medicine Wellbeing app and any product or service you order from us or via our website or Affiliates.

Membership of SourceMedicine.Zone
Membership of SourceMedicine.Zone is open to anyone who aspires to consious living and who wants to explore the potential of our Resonances in supporting this. Supervision by parent/guardian required for those under age 18.
Purchases
- We endeavour to supply all our products in good order however, If you are unhappy with any products that you buy from this website, we will provide a refund if you contact us within 60 days of purchase.
- Payment is in pounds sterling, Euros or USD via Paypal or Stripe, unless otherwise agreed.
- There is a two week window for cancelling orders. If the product is received and used before this time then this is taken as agreeing to the purchase and releasing the right to cancel.
- Cancellation of Special Requests must be done within two weeks of submitting the request. Later cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund, at the discretion of Source Medicine. If the product has been delivered and opened this constitutes acceptance of the sale.
- Substitutes - if an item is no longer stocked, or a programme is discontinued, we may offer a substitute. If you do not want this, we will refund your money.
- Any cost of returning goods is at the customer’s expense.
Use of Resonances, Remedies, Source Medicine Wellbeing Programmes and apps
- Although we provide recommendations as to the use of Source Resonances (also known as PC Remedies and historically ppds, healing downloads, spells) and other Source Medicine and PC products including Source Medicine Wellbeing Programmes (henceforth referred to as ‘our Resonances’), Source Medicine is not responsible for anyone’s use of these products.
- All use of our Resonances by children and young people (under the age of 18) is to be done with the express supervision of a parent or guardian.
- In purchasing or receiving our Resonances and/or Source Medicine Wellbeing Programmes you agree to refrain from selling on these products, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The exception to this is passing the cost of the Resonance on to a client when a prescription is made.
- If you are given free access to our Resonances for charitable or research purposes, you agree to refrain from selling them on or from passing them on for any purpose except the agreed charitable or research activity.
- Source Resonances are only to be used in a public setting (for instance informational videos, radio broadcasts etc.) with the specific approval of Source Medicine, or according to our current guidelines.
Practitioner List
- Although we put members of the public in touch with practitioners, Source Medicine is not liable for the actions of these practitioners.
- Practitioners have their own fees and members of the public are responsible for paying them direct.
- If you subscribe to the Practitioner list as a practitioner you are responsible for your own practice, insurance etc. and for collecting your own fees.
Ownership and Confidentiality
- Any personal information submitted through creating an account, filling forms and questionnaires will be kept confidential within Source Medicine unless otherwise agreed or legally required. All research data collected is owned by Source Medicine and will be anonymised prior to sharing outwith Source Medicine.
Use of Website
- Keep it lawful and respectful of others, and don’t share personal contact details.
- Don’t spam us - and we will do all we can to avoid spamming you.
- If you think a message you have sent has not been received, it may have been filtered by our spam filters by mistake. Please do contact us again (see advice below).
- Ask before you copy, download, distribute etc. any of the website content.
- Refrain from any commercial use of the website.
Source Medicine Research Network
In joining the Source Medicine Research Network you agree:
- to get the client/patient’s permission before passing on (anonymous) information.
- to provide feedback as requested when using the free Research Resonances;
- to refrain from passing on or selling on the Research Resonances apart from in agreed ways for instance as a Source Medicine Distributor or as a practitioner passing the cost of the Resonance on to a client when a prescription is made.
All research results belong to Source Medicine and all validation of our Resonances, programmes and approaches is done by Source Medicine.

DETAILED TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SOURCEMEDICINE.ZONE
BACKGROUND:
These Terms and Conditions, together with any and all other documents referred to herein, set out the terms of use under which you may use this website, SourceMedicine.zone (“Our Site”) and/or the Source Medicine Wellbeing App/s and Programmes ("Our App/s"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Site and/or App/s. If you do not agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using Our Site and/or App/s immediately.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
“Content” means any and all text, images, audio, video, scripts, code, software, databases and any other form of information capable of being stored on a computer or mobile/cell phone that appears on, or forms part of, Our Site and/or Our App/s; and

3.1 Access to Our Site is free of charge. No part of Our Site requires payment of any kind in order to access or use it.
For access to Our App/s there may be a charge or donation request or, for certain individuals, free access.
3.2 It is your responsibility to make any and all arrangements necessary in order to access Our Site and/or Our App/s.
3.3 Access to Our Site and Our App/s is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We may alter, suspend or discontinue Our Site and/or Our App/s (or any part of them) at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you in any way if Our Site and/or Our Apps (or any part of them) is unavailable at any time and for any period.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 All Content included on Our Site and our Apps and the copyright and other intellectual property rights subsisting in that Content, unless specifically labelled otherwise, belongs to or has been licensed by Us. All Content is protected by applicable United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws and treaties. All rights are reserved.
4.2 Subject to sub-Clauses 4.3 and 4.6 you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence, store, or in any other manner re-use Content from Our Site and/or Our Apps unless given express written permission to do so by Us (see exception above).
4.3 You may:
4.3.1 Access, view and use Our Site and/or our Apps in a web browser (including any web browsing capability built into other types of software or app);
4.3.2 Download Our Site and/or App (or any part of it) for caching;
4.3.3 Print pages from Our Site and/or App;
4.3.4 Download extracts from pages on Our Site and/or PWA app; and
4.3.5 Save pages from Our Site and/or App for later and/or offline viewing.
4.4 Our status as the owner and author of the Content on Our Site and Our App (or that of identified licensors, as appropriate) must always be acknowledged.
4.5 You may not use any Content saved or downloaded from Our Site and/or Our App for commercial purposes without first obtaining a licence from Us (or our licensors, as appropriate) to do so. 5.1 You may link to Our Site and/or information about Our App provided that:
5.1.1 You do so in a fair and legal manner;
5.1.2 You do not do so in a manner that suggests any form of association, endorsement or approval on Our part where none exists;
5.1.3 You do not use any logos or trade marks displayed on Our Site and/or Our Apps without Our express written permission; and

We do not, however, guarantee that Our Site and Our App are secure or free from viruses or other malware and accept no liability in respect of the same, as detailed in sub-Clause 8.4.
9.2 You are responsible for protecting your hardware, software, data and other material from viruses, malware, and other internet security risks.
9.3 You must not deliberately introduce viruses or other malware, or any other material which is malicious or technologically harmful either to or via Our Site.
9.4 You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of Our Site or Our App, the server on which Our Site and/or Our App is stored, or any other server, computer, or database connected to Our Site and/or Our App.
9.5 You must not attack and/or Our App by means of a denial of service attack, a distributed denial of service attack, or by any other means.
9.6 By breaching the provisions of sub-Clauses 9.3 to 9.5 you may be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Any and all such breaches will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities and We will cooperate fully with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. Your right to use Our Site and/or Our App will cease immediately in the event of such a breach.
10. Acceptable Usage Policy
10.1 You may only use Our Site and/or Our App in a manner that is lawful. Specifically:
10.1.1 You must ensure that you comply fully with any and all local, national or international laws and/or regulations;

10.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Our Site and/or Our App if you materially breach the provisions of this Clause 10 or any of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Specifically, We may take one or more of the following actions:
10.2.1 Suspend, whether temporarily or permanently, your right to access Our Site and/or Our App;
10.2.2 Issue you with a written warning;
10.2.3 Take legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of any and all relevant costs on an indemnity basis resulting from your breach;
10.2.4 Take further legal action against you as appropriate;
10.2.5 Disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as required or as We deem reasonably necessary; and/or
10.2.6 Any other actions which We deem reasonably appropriate (and lawful).

12.1 We may alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. If We do so, details of the changes will be highlighted at the top of this page. 16.1 These Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.
16.2 If you are a consumer, any disputes concerning these Terms and Conditions, the relationship between you and Us, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.
16.3 If you are a business, any disputes concerning these Terms and Conditions, the relationship between you and Us, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
